Agentic run

From methodology to a reviewable claim

A methodology says what has to be proven. Evidence says what actually happened. The agents join the two, field by field, and then check their own work before anything is put in front of a person.

DECOMPOSE MATCH READ + EXTRACT VALIDATE EACH ASSEMBLE 01 METHODOLOGY What has to be proven the standard itself indicator families rules in and out of scope 02 METRICS Typed fields the run must fill Project Area number Time Period date Soil Density number 03 EVIDENCE What the project holds field surveys lab results monitoring data site boundaries written reports imagery 04 MAPPING Fields joined to metrics matched substituted unmatched 05 VALIDATION Four checks on every mapping provenance type, unit, range cross-artefact conformance flags annotate, never reject 06 REPORT What the validator receives evidenced metrics open gaps flags to review
Step 05 is the demo. Anything can propose a mapping; the interesting question is whether the proposal survives being checked. Provenance asks whether the cited artefact really contains that value, type and range catch unit errors, cross-artefact catches one source disagreeing with another, and conformance asks whether the methodology actually permits the substitution.
